At JEANSTORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your denim doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
